An open mind: for new things, alternatives and opportunities.

New challenges, current problems and conflicts often require external impetus, experience and the right questions in order to open up new paths and thus achieve success more quickly. The aims of coaching or business sparring are therefore diverse:

  • Activation of resources to ideally handle specific situations and challenges
  • Fostering self-reflection and self-management
  • Improvement of self-perception, life experience and behaviour

In coaching sessions, we objectively develop new solution paths and behaviour patterns together with the person being coached on the basis of their individual character.

In business sparring, we complement this with our specific specialist and management experience. For safe and efficient activity with added value for the individual and the company.

In our view, prerequisites for coaching are a clarification of the task with mutual establishment of aims, personal responsibility of the person being coached and complete confidentiality. We exclusively work with coaches who have extensive qualifications and considerable experience in management coaching.
